The recent flooding in parts of Fiji has left many families devastated by the loss of life and loss to their livelihoods. With more than 8,000 locals evacuated to emergency shelters, Fiji faces very tough times ahead.
With this in mind The Comedy Store is hosting a Stand Up For The Fijian Flood Disaster night on the 29th April, it will be a night of fun filled laughs with all of the proceeds from ticket sales going directly to the Save The Children Foundation Fiji.
Save The Children Fiji has already begun distributing education stationery packs to western schools that were affected by the floods and are providing an invaluable point of contact on the ground in the West serving up hot lunches to children that have lost their homes and families that have lost their livelihoods.
The show itself will be a 2 hour showcase of some of the best local and international talent direct from The Sydney Comedy Festival.
