After filming his first stand up special in 2018 John levels up to become The Weed Cunbt.
With these new powers in 2022 John is able to record his second special Weed Cunbt 2: Choof Meridian. However, Choof Meridian is as yet never released and the footage is rumoured to be missing. Even worse this recording suddenly cuts out at the final punchline sending our cun into a not unserious anxiety nightmare spiral wondering if any of what he has experienced is even really real.
Cut to 2025 and the state of comedy worldwide is seemingly unsalvageable. Popularity decided by computers is the only currency and awful acts with sanitised personalities are able to travel the globe off the back of their social media videos which are dogs shit.
Our hero John’s nightmares not only continue but become stronger.
A chance typo from a promoter wakes him up.
“Anyway mate, hope you’re a well.”
Was it chance though? John realises he has been too concerned with looking inward and all his previous work has been too focused on containment.
A good well should run freely through community, it’s purpose not to hold inward but to flow outward. It is not the end, it is the beginning.
For his third stand up comedy special John now realises what he must do. More than simply return to it, he himself must become The Source: One Cunbt To Weed Them All.
